Our leaders recently participated in a team-building activity which required teams to assemble flat-pack furniture, including coffee tables, bookcases, and tallboys. Each piece was intentionally chosen to fulfil the needs of some of our most vulnerable clients within the community.
The experience of working together to give back was deeply rewarding and highlighted the impact that can be achieved when united by a common purpose. Our leadership team worked side-by-side, sharing laughs and solving challenges, and the feeling of accomplishment from seeing the completed furniture, ready to bring happiness to our clients, was incredibly humbling for them.
